Rinse N' Roll Car Wash is opening in November 2026. The terms below are provided in advance of opening and may be updated before and after launch. This page is a starting template and should be reviewed by the operator's legal counsel before it is relied upon.

Monthly Wash Plan Terms & Conditions

A monthly wash plan provides a package of car wash services on a recurring monthly basis for each month the plan is renewed. Monthly wash plans automatically renew until the customer cancels. Rinse N' Roll reserves the right to cancel, amend, or change the program as it deems necessary. A plan may be canceled at any time. No refunds or credits are given for partial periods. Rinse N' Roll reserves the right to close the wash at times due to adverse weather conditions or maintenance, with or without notice.

Monthly wash plan pricing is per vehicle. A plan is valid only for the vehicle it is assigned to. Using a plan to wash another vehicle may result in that vehicle being added to the plan and an associated increase in monthly charges.

By enrolling in a monthly wash plan, you agree that the credit or debit card you provide may be charged automatically on each renewal. You agree to waive any right to withhold or delay payment of the related charges, whether as described in your agreement with the card issuer or otherwise.

Monthly wash plans cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless expressly stated.

Text Message (SMS) Terms

By providing your mobile number to Rinse N' Roll — including through the free wash offer, launch list, wash plan enrollment, or any form on this website — you consent to receive recurring text messages from Rinse N' Roll about your account, car wash operations, offers, and updates, including marketing messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or reply HELP for help. If you unsubscribe, you may lose access to automated alerts about your account and offers.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or personal data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We only share data with service providers when strictly necessary to deliver our services, and only under agreements that require confidentiality. Under no circumstances will mobile opt-in data be sold or shared for advertising or promotional use.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Rinse N' Roll Car Wash collects and uses your information. We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, phone number, and email address when you claim a free wash, join the launch list, enroll in a wash plan, apply for a job, request a fundraiser, or contact us. Depending on the service, we may also collect payment information and payment history in order to process wash plan billing.

We use this information to provide and improve our services, process transactions, send account and service messages, respond to your requests, and — where you have consented — send marketing communications. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

We share data with service providers only as needed to operate the wash (for example, payment processing and messaging), under agreements that require them to protect your information.
